Plans and billing

  • To cancel a plan bought in the app: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose deltaPlus SAT. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you keep your plan until then. A one-year plan doesn’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel.
  • Billing questions and refunds: every purchase in the app is made through Apple, and Apple handles refunds, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • A plan or practice test you bought isn’t showing: sign in to the same deltaPlus account you used to buy it, then use Restore Purchases on the app’s plans screen.
  • An analysis you bought on our website: after you pay, Stripe sends you back to our free analysis page, which puts the analysis on the deltaPlus account you’re signed in to; go back to the tab with your results and tap I’ve paid: analyze now. If it isn’t there, write to us with the email you paid with. Refunds are in the terms.
  • A plan from our presale: it starts November 1, in the account with the email you gave at checkout. If it isn’t showing that day, write to us. The terms say how refunds work.
  • A plan you bought on our website: it turns on right away in the account whose email you gave at checkout, and shows in the app once you sign in to that account. If no account had that email yet, make it in the app, then tap Check again on the page Stripe sent you back to, or write to us. To cancel it, use the Manage my plan link on our plans page; to ask for a refund, write to us. A refunded plan ends when it’s refunded.

Your account

  • Forgot your password: on the sign-in screen, type your email, then tap Forgot password? and follow the email.
  • Delete your account: in the app, Settings > My Account > Delete my account. It emails a copy of your performance data to you, your parent email, and us, then deletes your account, your progress, and your results. It doesn’t cancel a plan you bought through Apple or on our website; cancel that as above.
  • Erase your performance data but keep your account: Settings > My Account > Data & Privacy > Erase My Performance Data. It asks for your password and a parent email, then waits seven days, and you can undo it in the app until then.

Can I use the app on a computer?

Yes. Open deltapluslearning.com/app/SAT in an up-to-date browser on a Mac, a Windows computer, or a Chromebook, and sign in with your deltaPlus SAT account.

How can I stay informed about my student’s progress?

In the app, the student adds your email under Settings > My Account > Parent Email, or when signing up. We email you a link to confirm, and then a short update every Sunday: practice days, questions answered and how many were right, the pace in each section, practice-test scores, where the misses were and what kinds of question they were, any question type your student got more right in less time, and the next SAT with whether a practice test is due. Once you confirm, you also get each practice-test report, as a PDF, the day it is graded. To stop the updates, use the link at the bottom of any one of them.

Report a problem or share an idea

In the app, open Settings > Contact deltaPlus. Report a problem opens an email to us with the app’s version already filled in; tell us what happened and what you expected instead. Share an idea opens a blank one.

Registration, test-day rules, scores, and accommodations are College Board’s. Start at satsuite.collegeboard.org.
