App Preview Terms

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between deltaPlus Learning LLC (“deltaPlus,” “we”) and you, whoever signs up to test the deltaPlus™ SAT® app before its release: a student, or a parent or guardian signing a student up. If you’re under 18, you sign up with a parent’s or guardian’s OK. By signing up, or by installing a test copy, you agree to these terms. Apple’s TestFlight terms also apply.

2. What testing includes

  • A test copy of the app, installed through Apple’s free TestFlight app, on an iPhone with iOS 15 or later.
  • Sunday evening to Friday noon. Testing opens Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 8:00 PM Eastern and ends Friday, October 30, at 12:00 noon Eastern, when the test copy stops opening.
  • No cost. Purchases inside a test copy use pretend money, and nothing is charged. What they unlock lasts until 12:00 noon Eastern on Friday, October 30.
  • The Premium Plan, free, until 12:00 noon Eastern on Friday, October 30: the student chooses it on the test copy’s Plans screen, or taps Try Premium FREE.
  • Refer a Friend isn’t part of testing. It opens November 1, when the app is released, and nothing bought in a test copy counts toward it.
  • The student must be 13 or older.

3. What to expect

A test copy can break, and it can change or lose features from one version to the next. Your account, progress, and results carry over: when the app is released on November 1, you continue right where you left off.

4. Telling us what you find

  • In TestFlight: take a screenshot and tap Share Beta Feedback.
  • In the app: Settings > Contact deltaPlus > Report a problem or Share an idea.
  • By email: support@deltapluslearning.com.

We may use any feedback, idea, or suggestion you send us, freely, with nothing owed to you.

5. Quotes

Only if you said yes on the sign-up form: we may quote what you or your student say or write about the app, on our website, on social media, and in other advertising.

  • Before we use a quote, we send you its exact words, and we use it only after a yes, from a parent or guardian if you’re under 18.
  • It carries the name you chose on the form, and says it is from a preview tester who used the app free.
  • You can take back your permission at any time by writing to us. We then stop using the quote and take it down from our website and social media.
  • The free plan doesn’t depend on giving us a quote, a review, or a rating, or on what any of them says.

6. The survey

After the test, we may send the student a three-minute survey about the app. Answering is optional, and it asks for no name. A student who wants their answers quoted may give a first name and grade; section 5 still applies, so we use a quote only with the yes you gave on the sign-up form.

7. Talking about the app

You’re welcome to tell people about the app and to share screenshots of it.

8. Privacy

What the sign-up form collects, and how we use it, is in section 8 of the privacy policy.

9. Stopping

You can stop at any time by deleting the test copy or leaving the test in TestFlight. Deleting the test copy doesn’t delete the student’s account; Settings > My Account > Delete my account does. We may end the test, or anyone’s part in it, at any time.

10. No guarantee

A test copy comes as it is, with no promise that it works and no promise of any score. Only College Board scores the SAT.

11. Everything else

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. When they change, we update this page and its date.
