Founder, deltaPlus Learning

I studied mathematics and physics at the University of Florida, and business at Boston College. I’ve taught and tutored for more than fifteen years, including three years as a high school physics teacher, for big names like The Princeton Review and Mathnasium as well as smaller boutiques. I’ve worked with thousands of students from every background, all across the country and internationally, in dozens of subjects and standardized tests: one-on-one, in small groups, in lecture halls, in person and online.

If all of that taught me one thing, it’s that learning is hard, whatever anyone says, and that’s why so many people stop. My goal is to make learning as easy as possible, and fun again. Learning is fun, and the best educators remind us of this.

I start with approach: helping students see that what looks different is often the same idea in a new form. That’s how strong thinkers are built.

Everyone deserves access to a great education, and too much of what exists falls short. That’s why I started deltaPlus Learning.
